    People always ask me how to sell their home for the highest amount of money. Homes are always being bought and sold, so you have to find a time when the need arises. However, I have found six skills that your agent must possess in order to sell your Triangle home for top dollar.

    1. Your agent must have a pre-listing strategy. Don’t let them just dump your home on the MLS and hope it sells. They should have a plan so that your home makes a grand entrance to the market.

    1. Your agent must have a pulse of the market. Real estate is always shifting, and your agent needs to be doing enough business to tell you when to buy, sell, or hold – just like a good stock broker.
    2. We encourage all offers. We mean that we take all offers but do not disclose them. This encourages other buyers to make an offer on your home when they see that other buyers are vying for it.
